Dear all, thanks for your continued support. Earlier on one of my customers alerted me to a problem that we have one year ago that came up again, this is where you send an email to a Microsoft email account and you will receive an email saying that it is blocked.
I been working on this all day with support as it is something of concern, all other email providers seems to be okay. The problem seems to have cleared for now, if anyone is getting email failures then please let us know.
Also while I am on the task of trying to improve emails, a lot of junk emails we get is related to our web content, for instance if you use Wordpress and it is out of date, then it will require updating and the plugin's that are on the site, this is done via Softlicious area (Wordpress Manager) within cPanel, you can also make a manual backup of your site here too.
There are some sites that used to use Concrete as the editor, some sites failed to upgrade and is offline.
If you haven't seen it, there is now a AI based editor that is called SiteJet that is in the top-left of cPanel, this allows you to make websites without much effort at all.
Anyway, I am sorry if you are caught up in the mail problems with have had and I will be reviewing sites to make sure they are up to date if they are left, the server is shared with many others and it is fair that I try and reduce problems.
