There was an outage or reduced service yesterday 13th where one of the chillers at the datacenter decided to stop working. I had reports that they have replaced the chiller and that servers are maintaining their correct tempreture. We do have a London based server, which will help with responsiveness of your websites however I dont think all of the infrastructure is indeed in London, it is a mixture of USA and UK equipment. Hopefully services are back to normal. Let me know if they are not. Dave
